Felipe's greatest passion and source of inspiration, beyond the technical mastery of  watchmaking, lies in the captivating intersection with other scientific realms, particularly  astronomy. While ambitiously pursuing his goal of creating a handmade 3D moon  complication, Felipe unveiled the concept for the Sternenhimmel. This exceptional timepiece, inspired by the cosmos, is meticulously crafted to the highest standards.

Launched in 2021, the Sternenhimmel marks a transformative leap for the entire FP collection, establishing a robust foundation for future astronomical complications, including  the eagerly anticipated 3D moon phase. 

Sternenhimmel with Blue Aventurine 

The design of the Sternenhimmel with blue aventurine epitomizes simplicity, elegance, and  artisanal craftsmanship. The dial features an exquisite array of handcrafted elements,  including hand-set diamonds that enhance the radiant beauty of the piece. The hands are  meticulously treated, while the polished and beveled nameplate adds a touch of  sophistication, complemented by handmade dial feet that showcase traditional  craftsmanship. 

Beneath a layer of blue aventurine glass, crystals create a mesmerizing starry sky effect,  beautifully enhanced by the polished, beveled edges of the nameplate and the gracefully  hand-polished hands. The Sternenhimmel movement is a stunning testament to our commitment to  craftsmanship. It showcases meticulous skeletonization and precise hand beveling, ensuring  sharp edges and refined interior angles that reflect our unwavering dedication to detail. The  thick, polished bevels create a striking contrast against the sandblasted black rhodium-plated  bridges, amplifying the movement's allure. 

Hand-engraved accents on the balance cock, combined with mirror-polished bevels, elevate  the overall aesthetics to an extraordinary level. The crown and ratchet wheel feature an  elegant snailing technique, while circular graining adorns the hour, minute, and second  wheels. Completing this exquisite assembly, the mirror-polished screws add a final touch of  sophistication to the Sternenhimmel movement, making it a true masterpiece of horology.
